Brandon started playing sports at an early age and quickly developed a love for pushing himself to be stronger. His full time job as a KCK Firefighter pushes him to stay fit. After realizing it is something he has a talent for, he decided to pursue a career in training.

“The close relationships we make with gym members make it easy to come to work. I enjoy teaching people how to meet their goals and watching the progress as we train together.”

He also works as a fitness coach, personal trainer and nutrition expert. Payton has extensive physical rehabilitation experience. He is skilled at tailoring a program to a person’s individual needs and fitness goals. Matt Petelin

As a Kansas City native, Matt brings over 15 years of experience and expertise to guide his clients on their fitness journey. He has worked with unique individuals from all walks of life, including those with goals of competing, strength training, enhanced mobility, overall health and wellness, and weight loss and weight gain. He is even happy to train those who want to achieve super-hero status! The common goal is that he wants everyone to look and feel their absolute best.

Matt brings a passion to serve others and a consistent positive attitude to his work in helping people accomplish their goals. Although fitness has remained a consistent aspect of his personal and professional life, Matt has also spent time working in management, sales and contracting roles in several different industries. He believes in building a solid foundation of honest and caring relationships and transfers those same core values and beliefs in supporting his clients with meeting their fitness objectives over the long term.

Outside of the gym, you will find Matt spending time making memories with his family, along with his brindle-coated bulldogs and enormously fluffy cats. He is a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs and Royals fan and will often be seen cheering them on at a game or at a gathering with friends. Matt’s life advice: “Don’t stop, keep breathing, tomorrow is not promised. Eat all the cookies you can.”

Elizabeth Gomez

Born and raised in KCK, I have lived in TX, and NJ though. I have a huge passion for health and fitness. I’m currently still an Orthopedic and vitamin therapy and wellness Nurse. I love to ride the bike in the summers. I get a tan, workout and admire nature! I got into fitness by accident, but ever since I’ve never stopped and now my whole life revolves around health and fitness. I’m looking forward to help others not only look and feel their best now, but help minimize the risk of health issues in the long run!
