    Cesar Sanchez

    I’m a Mexican-American raised in Wyandotte County, and I started my personal fitness journey about two years ago. As the Facilities Manager at Metro 24 Fitness, I can help you start your journey towards a healthier lifestyle with the help of Metro KC Fitness. Thanks to my roots in Mazatlán, Sinaloa I can help you in English or in Spanish. Feel free to reach out during my office hours, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. with any questions!

    Elizabeth Gomez

    I was born and raised in KCK, but I’ve also lived in TX, and NJ. I have a huge passion for health and fitness. I’m currently still an Orthopedic Nurse and Vitamin Therapy and Wellness Nurse. I love to ride the bike in the summers – I get a tan, a workout, and admire nature! I got into fitness by accident, but ever since, I’ve never stopped and now my whole life revolves around it. I’m looking forward to helping others not only look and feel their best now, but help minimize the risk of health issues in the long run!

    Like a lot of people, Jeff became interested in fitness during COVID-19 shutdown. Once he began his personal fitness journey he realized the benefits of prioritizing health and quickly became passionate about sharing his knowledge with others.  

     “I enjoy spending time at the gym thanks to the family atmosphere and the people I get to see every day. My favorite part of being a trainer is knowing that I am helping people make small changes that make a big difference, inside and outside of the gym.”

    Miguel recently began his career but has made a huge impact on our team in just a few months. His desire to help people and share his bodybuilding-centric knowledge motivated him to start training. “I became passionate about training a few years ago and learned a lot through my personal experience in bodybuilding. I am excited to continue helping people achieve their goals and share the tips I have with people who want to change their lives from the inside out.”

    The gym is available for you 24 hours a day! Our managers are available during the hours listed below. You are always welcome to stop in, however in an effort to make sure you are taken care of to the best of our abilities, please call, text or email ahead for an appointment!

    Our staffed office hours:

    Mon-Thurs 10am-7pm

    Friday 10am-4pm

    Saturday 9am-1pm

    Closed on Sunday!

    Our main parking area is located in front of the gym entrance. We also have a parking lot located on Tauromee Ave, uphill from the gym which is available for member use.

    We currently offer a Cardio class on Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. Your first class is free, reach our location manager for more details!
